Indigo WASM module for Ketcher
This is a small subset of Indigo API compiled to WASM to be used by Ketcher molecule sketcher. It has the following methods that work with molecules and reactions:
- aromatize
- dearomatize
- layout
- clean2d
- convert
- check
- calculate
- render
- calculateCip
- automap
